most innovative small group training system in Bath. As a member, you’ll train in a group with up to 5 other people at a time. You’ll also be carefully supported through the process of forming healthier habits so that your nutrition and lifestyle habits don’t continue to pull you down. As well as enjoying a host of other benefits that will help you to soar towards your optimal fitness. 

If you want almost all the benefits of 1 on 1 coaching but in a far more cost-effective way, then Swift Fit 66 is you.

Introductory 10 weeks

Hatchling

All new members must complete the Swift Fit 66 introductory 10 weeks. During the 10 weeks, which neatly encompasses the 66 days necessary to effectively create habits, you’ll start exercising consistently and properly. You will also learn how habits are formed and broken; and how to ingrain certain keystone habits that will create a solid foundation for you to lift off towards proper wellbeing. During the 10 weeks you’ll receive:

Full member

Fledgling

Once you’ve completed the introductory 10 weeks you are then able to migrate onto the Swift Fit 66 full programme. Here you will start to form habits that are specific to you on your health journey. You will also continue to be supported by the strong community around you so that you feel encouraged to surge onwards towards optimal health.
