When I first came to see Dan I was not in a good place due to chronic lower back pain and excruciating sciatica. Over a period of months Dan slowly built up my core strength through gentle conditioning work before progressing to light weights, hill running and flexibility work. After 12 months I'm now pain free, running a couple of times a week and able to do more intensive weightlifting and flexibility exercises.
Dan's whole body approach has also helped me rebalance my day to day life to ensure I stay grounded despite the pressures of a busy day job.
